How can I help you?

Are you worried about your child’s emotional well-being?

Are you looking for help and support quickly?

I set up my practice to improve the psychological well-being of children and young people. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support for your child and the importance of being able to access this quickly.

I have worked with children and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, obsessive-compulsive disorder and difficulties adjusting to and managing physical health conditions.

Many of the children and young people I work with feel overwhelmed and are struggling with managing their uncomfortable feelings. Many experience tummy pains, headaches and have difficulty sleeping due to feelings of stress and anxiety. These physical symptoms can affect their ability to attend school or enjoy activities in their daily life. As parents, it can be difficult to know how best to support and respond to your child when they are feeling distressed.

My aim is to help children, young people and their families overcome their challenges and empower them so that they can thrive and flourish.

  • I can help you and your child understand and make sense of their difficulties

  • I can help your child find ways to manage and tolerate uncomfortable feelings

  • I can work with you, your child, and/or liaise with other professionals or agencies involved in their care, depending on your needs.

Read more about how I can help your child here.

I offer a free, no obligation 15 minute consultation so that we can discuss your needs and whether I can offer the right type of support for your family.
